This is what I continue to get when I tried to install EA app. without it I cannot play Sims 4. If this is not going to be fixed then I want a refund on everyone of the DLC's I have purchased. The game has been not working right and one would think with the "fixes" that have been going on of late that the game should be working better. Instead it is more and more broken and now it is unplayable because the EA app will not even install which is a vital part to being able to play Sims 4 since it will not play without it.

The app has actually removed itself from my computer after it told me to reboot my computer which I did many times with nothing changing except EA app is no longer installed. As usual so far I have heard "nothing" from EA and no fix either..
