Hi, coming on here asking for help as ive been through 2 live chat ops that didnt help but send me here and ive tried all basic trouble shoots that wont work. When i go to open ea app with my desktop shortcut it just brings up connecting to the app and then instantly closes and doesnt open ea app(see attachment). ive tried reinstalling, repairing multiple times, restarting my pc, clearing the cache through app recovery. i just want to fix this and play the game i paid for.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems connecting to the EA app. I see you listed the steps you already tried above, but I noticed you didn't mention if you use any sort of VPNs. May I ask if you're using any VPNs and if the answer is yes, have you tried disabling it?
If that's not the case, I suggest that you try a clean boot, as there might be other programs running in the background conflicting with the app. For instructions, please see the following article: How to clean or safe boot your computer
