EA disconnected me after full time in Champions, resulting in an unfair loss

I am playing EASPORTS FC 27 on PS5. During a FUT Champions match, my opponent conceded two goals and then stopped playing, only moving his player in one direction. However, I continued playing normally and scoring goals for the rest of the match. Is it against the rules to continue playing and score more goals when my opponent has clearly given up? He was the one who stopped playing and wasted my time, yet I am the one who seems to be facing consequences. I am concerned that EA may have mistakenly flagged my account for cheating, even though my opponent was the one who allowed me to score. I am extremely disappointed with this situation, and now I have lost the motivation to continue playing the rest of FUT Champions Weekend League. This is a terrible experience, especially considering that I paid for this game.My EA account has been active since 2015, and I have been playing FIFA/FC since then without ever experiencing a situation like this. I have invested years in this game, and I am asking for a proper investigation and a fair solution to this issue, as I do not believe I should be penalized for something that was beyond my control. Also, I received the disconnection message only after the match had ended, which makes me believe that the issue was not caused by my connection. I would greatly appreciate a goodwill gesture or appropriate compensation for the lost FUT Champions match. I believe this would be a fair way to acknowledge the inconvenience and frustration caused by this situation and help restore my confidence in the game.
