I was able to get a case open for missing content. I had a chat open that said 99+ people ahead of me. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I accidentally closed out the browser. There's no longer a chat bubble. 😭😭
Yes, once I saw it had that many people waiting for chat I knew there must been a big problem today
