EA lancher problem.

Hi! So i bought battle field 4 and wanted to play it. when i tried to open the game, lancher turn on, it said the game is preparing, then lancher closed, and pop out again with the same thing "preparing game" and it repeats again and again. It wont oprn the game i tried reinstaling EA app, i tried clearing cache, i tried many things and it dont work. please help!!!
