EA app not connecting

"Hello, my EA app is not connecting, which is preventing me from accessing the Sims 4 Gallery. I’ve tried everything—reinstalling the app, checking my router and WiFi connection, verifying my firewall and antivirus settings, and even removing all my mods. Despite all these efforts, the issue persists, and I feel like I’ve exhausted all possible solutions. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated."
