Which pack specifically are you having issues with? Are you seeing the transaction details for this pack in your EA account's order history?
My issue is with Sims 4 main game. I'm unable to download it to my iMac as the EA Software tells me I don't own the game. I can see Sims 4 in "My games", but when I go to download the software tells me I don't own the game.
