So I've owned all the mass effects for a while now, I've recently done another play through ME1 AND ME2 downloaded fine and I was able to open them however when I downloaded ME3 it's asking for a pro...

Remove the local Mass Effect license folder
- Close EA app and Steam completely. (not just minimized in the tray.)
- Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box..
- Enter or copy and paste: "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (Without the quotes) > hit ENTER.
- Delete the "License" folder.
- Test.
