EA PLAY WILL NOT DOWNLOAD

Question

EA Play just sits there and the white circle that starts downloads just spins and des nothing. Been doing this for at least 3 months now.

My other 6 gaming apps all work fine on windows and download perfect

I own games and content on this app. When will all issues be fixed with this app?

Anybody else having issues please report

Maybe get enough to make EA realize they have serious issues going on with their app

this app becomes unusable when trying to download. it says it is starting then things go blank and disappear. this image shows I am trying to download. As you can see nothing happening. Look at top I am suppose to be home. the app is stuck on downloading and pages is blank.

The app has been dong this for a very long time.

HATE DEPENDING ON TO B. E BALE TO PLAY GAMES I HAVE BOUGHT AND OWN OUTRIGHT
