Ever since the latest update, my EA app won't start; I have to restart the app several times untill it works. I have cleared the cache in the app and restarted the router, but nothing helps. There's nothing wrong with my internet connection. I've even uninstalled the app and downloaded a new one.
The message I get says "Couldn't connect to servers
We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it. Restart app." - Boldenbeau20 days agoSeasoned Scout

This is occurring for me too on Mac. No matter how many restarts, I can't get it open. Over $1,000 in Sims spent and I can't play. Absolutely insane.
