EA Sims not downloading
When I try to download sims on ea it keeps saying there is a new update on the application reload to try again. I press reload nothing changes I already deleted the app and everything.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems downloading your game.
I see that you reinstalled the EA app, but this usually keeps the cached files. Can you please try to clear the EA app's cache to see if that helps? https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/clear-cache/
