EA store issue / ownership unrecognised

I own The Sims 4 base game and many add-ons. The game and packs are installed and playable on my Mac.

However, the EA App and EA website do NOT recognize that I own the base game, which prevents me from purchasing new add-ons. in the website it says buy now for the sims 4 which I already owned its like it doesn't recognize that I own it.
