Apex account disabled

I was in a the middle of a apex legends game after I had got off the following morning I got on the game to a message saying “Your account has been disabled” I went to go check my account for anything that could have happened including my violation history and nothing shows up i just randomly got my account disabled and i cant use my EA account to play Apex Legends I have been playing on my PlayStation and have not used any third party software or anything please fix this.

    It sounds like you might've signed in to the wrong EA account when checking your Penalty History page. You'll need to make sure you're signed in to the EA account that your PlayStation is linked to, which you can confirm by navigating to your Connected Accounts page

    Once you've located the affected EA account and logged in, please follow these steps to submit an appeal, and our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you, as we aren't able to make any changes or discuss your account here on the forums. Feel free to keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created, and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. Thanks!
