Cfb 27 will not launch and says game already running if I try again.

Hi,

Ive tried restarting so many times, tried all known compatibility options in properties reinstalled ea app, cleared cache, let it through firewall and windows security, repairing, ea anticheatinstaller uninstalled and repaired.  But nothing works.  I press play or run as administrator and it just says preparing game and nothing my pc sits for hours and nothing happens.  Just says gane already running its a good one enjoy which is a big kick in the nuts.  Last thing im trying is uninstall and reinstall the whole game on a different drive
