Re: EA launcher does not start, "entry point not found"

cant launch my EA app after update, it says GetDpiFromDpiAwarenessContext could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\EADesktop.exe.

i tried so many help options and even; uninstall, reinstall.
