Re: Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

So I preordered the latest fairy pack, I was excited. But today, my game loaded extremely slow to get to my household. I went to repair my game, lo and behold, brokeness in the EA app. Surprise. It's telling me that I don't own the EP. It's "disabled or deleted". Excuse me? I bought it! It's even installed and in my library. There's no way of me getting ahold of anyone at EA (of course). So....here we are. I am sort of able to play the game, but, brokeness.
