Re: Error 500

Hello has anyone been experiencing an error 500 message as soon as you open the EA app I'm on a MacBook and never had this issue before. Can anyone help with this?

    Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this. Just to confirm, is the full code EC: 10500?

    That error means there’s been an authentication issue with your EA Account. This problem might be caused by a service outage. Try clearing your cache. If that doesn’t work, try again later. Thanks.
