error code 500

I recently purchased a new laptop and installed the EA app on it. Whenever i try to play any games, it gives me the error code 500.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the catch and running the app as the administrator but nothing works.

Do you have any suggestions to get the app to work.
