Error code 68-98b2 pops up every time i've attempted to install EA.

few months ago the app decided to crash instantly upon launch. eventually, unable to find a fix i uninstalled...but the reinstall gave me the aforementioned error. i try about once a week to get it to work but i've had no luck. i've restarted my pc, restarted my router, and every other copy-paste reason given by EA support. is there a real fix? or is the app just screwed for me permanently.
