Quiero retomar este error quizas le sirva a alguien, tenia el problema de INST-14-1632 y no encontraba solucion. Lo pude acomodar ingresando a %windir% y creando la carpeta "installer", solo con esto solucione el problema. Ley en otro foro que si ya esta creada eliminarla y volverla a crear.
