Error That Requires A Restart

This just started in the last week-I do believe my game was updated not too long ago. So I enter into Game Play, and within a minute or so after, I'm getting an error message saying that "a stubborn error" requires me to restart the SIms 4 app again. It happens every single time I try and play a game. I don't know where to start as far as what I should do. I am also a Mac user. I could not post the picture of the error message but I'll provide you with info from it. It said"Due to the effects of a particularly stubborn issue, you will  need to log in again, Error Code: EC:105
