Hi, unfortunately this page does not help as when i try to install the vcredist files in the games files it comes up with a message saying there is a later version of vcredist on the computer and fails, here is the error in the logs too

Have you tried going to Microsoft’s articles on the latest supported Visual C++ and downloading the latest installer?
If that doesn't fix the problem, I'd suggest to temporarily disable any antivirus that you might have installed and run the EA app as admin when trying to reinstall the game.
