expansion pack download issue
After updating the sims on the EA app, my old sims and all my data was there... except for all my expansion packs and stuff packs that I've spent hundreds of dollars on.

Hey lexx99906,
Are the packs appearing as owned or installed on the EA app?
If they're listed as installed on the EA App, are they deactivated if you go to Marketplace > My Collection in the Sims 4? If so, you'll need to click Pack Selection, select the ones you'd like in-game, and click confirm to reactivate them.
