Background Service Crashed

I'm unsure as too what steps to take next, I've spent all day trying to figure out why when I tried to open my EA App it would say "Background Service Crashed". I was just playing last night, and never experiences something like this before.

My mac is up to date as of yesterday, I tried the uninstall, reset & install again trick COUNTLESS times, I've made sure all my settings are correct like making sure the EA app is allowed and toggled on in Full Disk access, and much much more. 

Got help from 2 advisors that weren't actually able to help me at all because the same issue persists. I don't know what steps now to take since I am just a gamer and this is way beyond my knowledge and understanding of technology and the EA App. I'm on my own now hoping someone else can assist.

My mac version is Sequoia 15 if that matters, but what am I missing? How should I go about solving this issue? Is this an Apple issue or EA issue?
