Expansion Pack not available to download after purchase

I purchased the expansion pack Business and Hobbies for the Sims 4 through the EA app on my MAC, however, it was never added to my account to download. The purchase went through. The invoice is completed. The actual game recognizes that I own the pack, but it's no where in my ea account to download it. What do I do here?
