Expansion Pack not showing in-game

Question

hello,&nbsp;i recently bought EP03, EP05, EP10, EP11. Have downloaded and installed them on EAapp. But when I try to access it in-game, it only detected I have bought the packs but have yet to install. Is there anything I can try to fix this error? Thank you!&nbsp;Note: I'm using a MacOS, and have tried to run the Terminal. gyocchan​&nbsp; Please open Marketplace &gt; My Collection and see whether your packs are deactivated.&nbsp; If they are, click Pack Selection and check the boxes for those packs, then restart your game.
