Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    Hey all,

    This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again. 

    If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

I just bought this new pack which I am finding out to be a big mistake because I am running into issues and cannot play it. I was able to install and create my sim, but after selecting which season to start in and selecting the new fairy world all I get is a complete white screen.  I exit and try repairing the game and I get what you see in the pictures below.
