Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

Hey all,

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.

If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

Upon repairing my game in the EA APP to see if it fixed my sim not having evidence of her new trait discovery "chased by death" in her simology panel or milestones (it didn't!), the EA app brought up this message when it got to the last pack "Enchanted By Nature". I don't have mods/cc and had previously seen the preorder items in the build/buy before exiting to repair game.

Same here. Even though the pre-order bonuses appear in my game, it fails to repair.

Here's a better screenshot with the icon in the background. The same pop-up shows up again after clicking ok.

same thing here, tried to repair it and it kept saying I didn't own the title. It seems like it's just the preorder bonus content that's messing it up. As soon as I cancelled the repair on the bonus content, everything started working again.
