Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

I have this exact issue too and wanted to add that i tried to repair the game and found that even though it shows all signs that i have bought the expansion and the digital content that comes with it, my EA app is telling me there's an issue because "i don't own the digital content pack".... even though i do. Perhaps you have this issue too? 
Hope we both get answers.

Same here. I've tried submitting tickets but nothing. From what I've read so far, they're still collecting evidence its happening and there's nothing we can do. It's so frustrating. Makes me want to just request a refund and be done. 

I have the same exact issue while trying to repair my game, I've even tried EA app recovery to see if that worked but it hasn't. I wonder what is going on and whether it will be sorted out in a quick manner 😅

Same. I tried repairing the game because I had TWO versions of the new fairy world installed in game, instead it's telling me I don't own the pack at all. Clearing the cache did nothing.

Im having the same issues… it was working fine up until a couple of hours ago. I turned it off and when i came back to it, it loads up the main menu fine but when i click on my family it is just stuck in the loading screen and just spinning and spinning. i tried to repair the game and i got the same issue saying i dont own the pack.. they really need to fix this quickly and if anyone has any ideas i would also appreciate the help 😊

I'm having a similar issue. It lets me play but my sim doesn't do things I asking, like reading a book it just stands there with book and never reads or i ask to study on laptop and it never does it just stands there with action symbol sitting there. I tried to repair game also like forms suggested but when it gets through everything and gets to new enchanted by nature pack it says it cannot repair it because I don't own it. But i Definitely do. Super frustrating as I cant do any of the tasks to advance my career or fairy quests because it wont do those things.
