Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

Hey all,

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.

If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

I just downloaded Enchanted by Nature. I opened up my game, made a new file, made a new character smoothly, but when it was time to open the world of Innisgreen, the screen was completely white. I’ve had this happen before—so I removed all cc, moved all save files and tray files to a safe spot, and then went into the EA app and chose “repair game.” Everything repaired up until the new expansion pack, in which a window opened saying “Game Ownership Not Found” (seen in screenshot below). What do I do??
