Sorry to hear there's been difficulty logging into the EA App. I've merged your post into the current thread for this issue.
EC:10001 is typically attributed to a routing issue between your home network and EA's servers. Because the error is ISP-related, clearing the cache or repairing the app itself won't help. A temporary workaround is to sign in using mobile data or another network to sign in. Let us know if you've already tried that, or if you haven't and doing so worked.
To avoid running into this issue long-term, you'll want to contact your ISP and report that certain services aren't correctly authenticated from your public IP. Thanks!
