Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

Hey all,

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.

If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

My EA account doesn't acknowledge my purchase of the new fairy DLC, despite the obvious that I have it and can play as the new occult fairy. The only thing... is that I cannot load the new world. Whenever I try to go there, I get this blank screen. Hopefully, I can get help. I don't know where the "game hub" is for technical support.
