I own The Sims 4 on EA PLAY, also 18 addons to it, while starting the game from desktop message "Game ownership disabled or deleted" appears. On EA app I have the game in my library and all add-ons, but it wants me to download it again, even thought everything is already installed, because I played it yesterday (while trying to download i'm getting another error). Tried clearing my app cache, and every possible step in provided help article Every add-on and also the game was purchased via EA Play. CM Edit: Update thread title.

Tried uninstalling it via control panel, now I cant even download the base game

If you own your content through EA Play, have you verified that your EA Play membership is still currently active? Please check the subscriptions information on your account here to verify if your EA Play is still active.

My wife is having the same problem with Sims 3 on her computer. She owns the base game and multiple expansions all on disc.

I had EA Play membership back in November. Since then i had no problem. Why would I pay for an additional membership If i own the game since like 2015?

Live support will need to look over your account if you've purchased this content rather than playing only through your membership- the team there can review your account details and information and see what's going on.

@EA_Solaire Even though I uninstalled the game, I'm now unable to download the base game - which is free to play. Created a case, but seems like there is no live support option.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

I have the same problem with sims 4, I have base game and 47 dlc. Yesterday morning I played as usual, at night game still was as installed, but not today evening. Now library show I have to download game but manage dlc's show all dlc are installed. When try to start game from desktop have same message about ownership, but I bought both base game and all dlc. I spoke withc support, but anything help.
