Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    Hey all,

    This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again. 

    If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

me too. I play on Mac and try everything that should help. But I can't fix it. So sad😭

Its really frustrating, but at least EA is actively investigating the issue. I would highly suggest starting a case and sending through a game log, as ea is looking at those for the moment I believe. But hopefully this will get sorted soon and we can all return to gaming.
