The Game Ownership problem has been on going since the release of the Enchanted by Nature pack was released. Still waiting for EA to fix it. I discovered another problem possibly connected to this. The Lofty Leaf Pond object is broken. I could only find it with the search function. When I tried to eye dropper it in build mode I got a UI exception:
Error: Trying to clone a product with no category tags. This usually means the tag is missing from Client_TagsMetadata tuning. ProductId=469081
at widgets.BuildBuy.Navigation::BuildBuyNavigationMain/HandleProductCloned()

I pre-ordered the Enchanted by Nature pack and downloaded it on the same day. I got a message saying Game ownership disabled or deleted. We've paused the download because you don't own this title. happens when I repair the game.
