I pre-ordered the new expansion pack but after downloading it a few issues started. I created a sim but it then wouldn't let me into the world only to show white screen. After restarting the app and my computer several times nothing has worked. Trying to repair the pack which only makes the message 'game ownership disabled or deleted' appear.
This is frustrating as I have never faced an issue like this before. I have noticed that others are also being affected too. Does anyone have a fix/ solution?
Same here. I just recently bought the new pack Enchanted By Nature and after creating a sim with all the content from the new pack I tried to move to the new world but then the screen goes white. I have tried to repair the game 5 times and and when doing so a message pops up saying that i do not have the new expansion pack but when I go to add ons in my library it says that I do. It has been 2 days now since I bought the game and have tried play with it but there is still no luck. 😡🤯
