Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    Hey all,

    This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again. 

    If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

Hello! Ever since I bought the new Enchanted by Nature sims 4 pack, I’m on able to open my game at all. I’ve tried repairing, I’ve tried restarting but the EA app is saying that I do not own the game. It’s been having this issue for days now. Someone please help me.

I have the same problem, I have even uninstalled EA. I can't even play with the pack. The new world does not show on the game either. I've tried every possible solution and nothing worked.
