I can't purchase The Sims 4 kit packs

I'm unable to purchase The Sims 4 Party Essentials Kit on the EA app. I live in Turkey. I've experienced similar issues with several other Sims 4 kits. When I try to buy it, I see this message: "We had some trouble processing your request, try again a little later [ref. #PRICENOTFOUND]" Additionally, I tried purchasing the kit pack through The Sims website, but the purchase button didn't work.

I think that is a problem by EA case of it also appears on the website. It should be solved in the following hours.

Hi EA_Solaire, I have tried this method many times but it didn't work. The issue isn't just with the EA App; I also tried purchasing the kit from The Sims website, but the purchase button wasn't working. I suspect this is because the price hasn't been entered into the system yet. I'm only experiencing this problem with specific kits.
