My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing.

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.

Same. I tried repairing the game because I had TWO versions of the new fairy world installed in game, instead it's telling me I don't own the pack at all. Clearing the cache did nothing.
I bought Enchanted by Nature pack three days ago and downloaded it yesterday. Then I got a message saying an update was required. During the update the EA App paused the update on The Sims 4 Fairy Garden Digital Content and said "Game ownership disabled or deleted. We've paused the download because you don't own this title." I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, and it downloads everything just fine up until the new DLC. I try repairing and same thing. The same thing happens when I repair the game and now the entire game won't launch at all. I've included the error report ID below.

I was repairing my Sims 4 game and it repaired all the packs except Enchanted by Nature and I'm not sure why. I've never had this issue before so I don't know how to fix it. I updated my mods. (I only have 5 and no CC) I cleared the cache. I'm not sure what else to do. I have Windows I'm not sure if that matters.
Experiencing the same! And the patch isn't showing for me to download. Super strange.

HELP! I am having an awful issue. For context: I pre-ordered the newest Enchanted by Nature Pack a couple of weeks ago, paid for it via PayPal right away, and then downloaded the Game today! I played a couple of hours and everything is just broken - that's the best I can summarize it all.
IN-GAME ISSUE: My Sim has no option to become a Fairy outside of CAS. Foraging doesn't work. When trying to Order the Fairy Seeding via computer, there is no button for this option (I checked all over), and no approached Sim has any Seedling to give away (no matter the friendship lvl, I always get a message saying 'I have no Seedlings on me' from Fairy Sims). Build-mode is beyond broken. I cannot place items against the walls... items are found to be floating around the lot after deleting them.
ISSUES CONTINUE: Since the Pack was not playable, I closed the Game and clicked 'Repair' on EA Launcher - which went though "fixing" every Pack I have, one by one. When the Launcher reached the Enchanted by Nature I got a pop-up message saying that my access to this content is denied as I do not own the Pack. WHAT?
At this point I cannot even open the game anymore since the 'Content Disabled / Game Access Denied' pop-up keeps on... popping up, over and over. For years I have been collecting the Packs and Expansions, supported The Sims since it's birth, never download any CC. This is the first time I have an issue of this scale - what do I do???

This is happening to a large number of people. I have tried to report it a couple times but never heard back. From what I've read, EA is still collecting evidence (even though its a proven full-blown issue) and there's nothing we can do but report it.
