Fashion Street Kit is unavailable for my Mac

Hi! I recently moved from Windows to Mac. I have The Sims 4 on my EA account, and I already purchased the “Fashion Street Kit”. On Windows, it worked correctly, but on my Mac EA App shows the kit as “available on Windows” and does not let me download it. The kit is compatible with Mac, and I do not want to buy it again since it’s already in my account. I already contacted the support, but they told me that it's probably a TS4 bug and can't do anything about it. Can you help me?
