Fifa 21 not launching

If the game is not launching, please make sure to run both Steam and EA app as admin. Also, double-check if the EA account that you're using is connected to your Steam account. You can do that by checking the Connections tab in your EA Account settings. If they're not connected, you might be logged in the incorrect EA account.

Hi EA_cuervo , exactly same behavior as OP described, just with FIFA 23. Launching on Steam, EA proceeds, then Anticheat splash is displayed and goes back to EA app. Tried updating both EA app and Repairing Anticheat, but with no success to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the additional information. Have you tried running both apps as admin and checking if there are any programs in the background that might be conflicting with the game? If you're unsure if there are any programs that could be causing this, you can try a Clean Boot: How to clean or safe boot your computer

• Running both Steam and EA in admin mode after clean boot procedure, did launch FIFA 23 as usual. Tough at anticheat loading screen got  EA AntiCheat error ( 7 ), but resolved it by repairing it.
• Running both Steam and EA in admin mode after enabling all services back (non-clean boot) reproduced the same issue again: anticheat splash shows up, loads up and goes back to EA app.

Are there any verbose logs of anticheat I could check myself or provide you for the root cause of this issue?

This indicates that a program in the background might be causing the issue. Do you have any controller mapping programs, such as reWASD or DS4Windows, installed?

No, I'm using an XBOX controller to play on PC, therefore, no controller mapping or anything similar software is used. Actually, the service list is quite short as I reinstalled Windows 11 few months ago. And just after that I immediately ran into this issue, however, after a month and possibly updating EA app and anticheat I was able to launch FIFA 23, however, now, I'm experiencing the same.

Hello thank you for your response. I already did that. I launched EA and Steam as admin, it says that the game is launching on EA and on Steam, but after 30 minutes, the game isn’t starting.
