Forgot
I have forgot my ID name and password to the EA account..is there a way i can find my games..I know the names of most of them if that helps..

While we can't help with account issues here on the forums, if you reach out to our live support team, they can take a look at finding your account. If you don't have the ID, maybe they should be able to find it if you have any potential email addresses or game codes that were redeemed on the account.
