Game Issue (Sims4)

Hello, Forum Gods! I am having an issue with my game I haven't encountered before. I have bought a bunch of the DLC packs in the past of all kinds, and recently purchased the bundle and save thing. It says it was uploaded to my game, but none of the stuff is actually in game. I looked at the worlds and it said a new one was purchased and to let it load, so I exited the game, force quit it, and let it sit overnight as if I were making chocolate croissants. Today, when it still didn't work, I checked back in the DLC shop and wouldn't let me repurchase the packs. I don't use custom content or mods at the moment. I'm wondering if it's something I'm doing wrong, or if it's an error. I'm not sure what's happening, and the game is still playable, but I want my new stuff and can't for the life of me figure out how to get it. Thank you so much!
