Game launching on pc startup/restarting on exit

I was playing late night (6/8/25) had some issues getting the game to launch from desktop. Usually clicking TS4 on desktop triggers the EA app to launch, and after 3 tries, i manually opened EA app and launched the game from the. When saving, I distinctly remember clicking "save and exit" when leaving the game, as i usually do. This was from a build in manage worlds. I watched the game close and I fully shut down my PC (not sleep mode). Next morning, I turn on and log into my pc and see TS4 is fully open and loaded into the home page, and discord hadn't even finished opening yet. I check my last save and exited the game via the "exit" button, and the game relaunched immediately after closing, without me clicking anything. I closed the game again, using "x" in windowed mode instead, which then actually closed the game and pulled up the EA app. I play vanilla and EA does NOT have "launch at startup" permissions on, neither does TS4. Not sure if i did something to trigger this or if its just a minor bug
