Game License Invalid and 500 error

I Recently tried playing Sims 4 again (the last time I played was on 03 Aug 2023) and I keep getting an error saying that my GAME LICENSE IS INVALID. I checked to ensure that my EA app is up to date ...

Hi @rogansvettenfeim 

Which version of EA app are you currently using? Please check that you're at least on EA app version 13.166.

You can find instruction on manually updating your EA app version for Windows here.

When I updated my EA App with the updater.exe it updated to version 13.173 and I still get all of these errors that prevent me from playing the game.
