Re: Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

I cannot load my game because it keeps coming back "game license invalid," even though I bought it all through you guys? Every single DL except the last 3....I would love to play the game I paid for, unless yall wanna give me a refund?

I tried to clearing the cache...didn't work. Uninstall reinstall the EA App...nothing. Uninstall reinstall the game, probably losing everything my daughter and I worked on after losing our whole save file 2 years ago...I am livid. This should NOT be happening.

How do I fix this because I have already spent 6 hours trying to fix it. Talking to someone in a chat would be nice too, but I guess hiding from angry PAYING customers is the thing?

I've lost about 500 hours worth of saves trying to get this same issue fixed. PLEASE let me know if you find a solution. I can't get anyone to message me back.

The lack of help or ability to contact anyone for help is INSANE!! I have 74 downloads, when I reinstalled the game. That is a ridiculous amount of money spent to not get help. None whatsoever!

I found a solution that worked for me! I went to steam and downloaded the free base sims 4 game on there. When you launch it, it'll open up the EA app and it works. I don't know WHY I had to go to ANOTHER client and download it again, but it did finally open the game and all my expansions and such were in the game. EA needs to start responding to us. This kind of **bleep** makes me want to never buy a pack again.
