game missing from library
I have Sim City game, I registered it about 10 years ago, now I can't find it on here, I use to be able te re-download it directly, now it doesn't show up anymore

If you haven't already, please try clearing the EA App's cache before logging out and signing back in. It'd also be worth checking whether you're signed in to the same EA account you used to purchase the game by visiting your Order History page and looking for the initial transaction.
After trying the above, if SimCity still isn't appearing in your Library, feel free to connect with our live support team so an advisor can look into the account with you, as we aren't able to discuss or access account information here on the forums.
