game not available for purchase

Whenever i try to play Sims 4 or Apex i cant open them or update them , it just says "Not Available for purchase" , it says this for every single game in my library and store
Please Help

hi same issue here in saudi arabia, not sure why and the help center didn't give me much details just said they will work on it.

Nope still the same. And if you check on instagram in the comments of every post of the sims official page, everyone is complaining about even worse issues😂😭

Hi everyone! Same issue here in Qatar for the past two weeks... I wanted to buy so many of the expansion packs but everything shows the same message "not available for purchase," except enchanted by nature or some bundles
I cleared the cache but still same.

Hi - same issue here. Playing in the UAE and I noticed I was unable to purchase since the September sale - I didn't think much of it at the time (since it was for an old Stuff pack) but now I can't purchase the new EP. App recovery didn't work either. I'm on MacOS Tahoe.
