game says I need to install pack I already have

Question

Hi! So i have this problem that when I start the game and try to start playing or load a save file, it says I need to install all the packs and then restart the game. I tried going to manage add-ons and everything is already installed. And I've already clicked on repair in the EA app and it still says I need to install all the packs. I don't know what to do anymore, please someone help me!&nbsp;
