Hey there, to fix slow download speeds on the EA app, please try the following steps:
- clear the EA App cache by going to Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache
- check Settings > Download and set the download speed limit to Unlimited
- close the app, then right-click and run it as administrator; also, pause any other downloads or streaming apps
- add EA app in your antivirus/firewall as an exception
